The Sports Business Management Ontario College Graduate Certificate Program prepares students for an interesting career in the ever-changing, multi-million-dollar sports industry.

In the course of the program, students will receive cross-disciplinary training and sports management by learning event planning and management, sports bidding and hosting, sports tourism, sports marketing, sports finance and economics, sports sponsorship, ticket sales etc.
Students will be enrolled for a total of 42 weeks. It should be noted that the Sport Business Management program is not free. National Students are expected to pay $12 339 per year, while international students pay the sum of $26 802 per annum. To be eligible for the Sport Business Management program, all students must pass the International English Language Testing System (IELTS), and international students must provide their transcripts and proof of language proficiency.
2. Recipients must also be active in athletics, whether before the time of attending Algonquin College or in the course of their program and must continually show a great sense of responsibility and commitment towards their team, placing the team’s interest above self-interest.
3. Students must also show high academic excellence and moral judgment. Both qualities will be used in the assessment process as selected students are ambassadors of the college and must, therefore, possess good morals and are equally academically proven.
